Raquel Razo (she/her)

Behavior Professional

Hello! My name is Raquel! I have worked with this population for over 10 years and have family members that experience ID/DD. This population has always been a big part of my life and I greatly value this work. I am passionate about increasing independence for individuals experiencing ID/DD.

I have a registered behavior analyst interventionist certification, a Bachelors in Psychology, Biology and Business. I have 10 years of experience as a direct support professional and 2 years experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to autistic youth in the community.

At home, I'm a new mom to a beautiful little girl, Reina. I enjoy spending time in nature, going to the river with my family, exploring new places and spending time in the community. I am also a parent to an energetically sweet dog and 2 hilariously rambunctious bearded dragons.

At work, I want people to feel comfortable and cared for while improving their quality of life. I utilize conscious and mindful practices to provide thoughtful services. It is important to me to provide services that I would want my family and loved ones to receive. I keep this belief at the forefront of my work and I'm excited to provide these services to your families and loved ones.
