Social-Sexual Assessments
Service Delivery:
Available to Anyone Via Zoom or Phone; In-Person Assessments available in some areas.
Overview:
We offer two assessments for concerning sexual behaviors:
Social-Sexual Behavior Assessment
This tool is designed to be used as a guide and aide in assessing specific social-sexual behaviors.
It examines 8 different aspects of a behavior and offers more than 35 recommendations which can be made to a person’s team based on the assessment findings.
Social-Sexual Conditions Assessment (the context of behavior)
This tool is designed to be used as a guide and aide in assessing a person’s larger social-sexual life context.
It examines 8 critical aspects of a person’s social-sexual ecosystem and offers more than 70 recommendations which can be made to a person’s team based on the assessment findings.
Please note: Tools are not legal documents and they are not legally binding.
Fee:
$110 per hour.
These assessments are usually paid for through DD Services and Medicaid funding, or by an organization’s discretionary funds.

Email us to request and/or schedule a social-sexual assessment for someone you support.
