Hello.  My name is Darwin.  I have worked with individuals who experience intellectual and developmental diversity for around seven years in multiple capacities.  I love learning and in addition to earning my Masters Degree, I do regular research into multiple diagnoses, particularly regarding diagnoses that correlate with Autism, such as OCD, C-PTSD, BPD, and ADHD.  

My philosophy about my work is that everything I do must be person-centered. The people and teams I work with and work for are my bottom-line and only through dedication, inexhaustible creativity, and collaboration can that bottom-line be met.

When not working, I spend most of my time with my bold and funny 5 year old.  We like to go on adventures to play at the park or visit the library.  I also enjoy reading and writing, painting, sketching, hiking and playing D&D.  

I enjoy travel and have been lucky enough to visit Atlanta, L.A., and most parts of Washington. I really liked Atlanta - almost every neighborhood I saw there had these thriving gardens because the weather is perfect for so many plants. I loved L.A. because the beaches are gorgeous and there's so much to do.
