Multi-Training Discount
Discounts are available for hosting multiple trainings in the same calendar year, booked at the same time.
2-3 Trainings: 5% savings

Trainings requested outside of designated hours (9am - 5pm, PT) are subject to a $100 after hours fee.

if you would like an additional 1/2 hour Q&A (question and answer) session after a training, there is a $50 charge.

If your organization cannot provide tech support for the day of the training, Among Friends will arrange to provide it for $30/hr.

In 2025 Among Friends is adding several Affiliate Trainers to teach a variety of our trainings. In addition, we are developing several new training topics.
There is an additional fee for any trainer presenting in a second language. These fees are set by the trainer and can be found on their trainer page.
There is an additional $200 fee for any training presented by Shanya Luther. This fee automatically applies to all new training topics for 2025.

Miles are calculated from the trainer's home address to the venue, round trip.
1-40 miles

41-80 miles

81-120 miles

$45 meal allowance
$150 single night accommodation
121-160 miles
$0.70 per mile or airfare
$45/day meal allowance

161+ miles

You may request to record the training for your in-house use. (you may not charge for the viewing)
Recording agreements are available for 12 or 24 months. and for 1-150, or 150+ viewers.
The additional fee for recording is between 65% to 95% of the Base Training Fee - depending on the number of viewers and the expiration date.

Among Friends, LLC carries professional and general liability insurance.
If your organization requires additional insurance, or requires to be listed as “additionally insured”, please let us know when submitting your Training Inquiry / Proposal Form. Charges incurred for additional insurance are the host organization’s responsibility and will be added to your base training fees.

A minimum $50 late fee will be assessed if your balance payment is not received by the due date on your service agreement.

After the contract is signed, any schedule changes are subject to an additional administrative fee. (up to the full cost of the training, depending on the circumstances and time of the requested changes) See our Training Terms and Conditions for more details.
