Formats & Base Training Fees

Multi-Training Discount

Discounts are available for hosting multiple trainings in the same calendar year, booked at the same time.

  • 2-3 Trainings: 3% savings

  • 4-6 Trainings: 5% savings

  • 7+ Trainings: 7% savings

    *applies to base training fees

Ad-On Training Fees

  • Trainings requested outside of designated hours (9am - 5pm, PT) are subject to a $100 after hours fee.

  • You can add additional Q&A (question and answer) sessions after a training in ½ hour increments. Each ½ hour is $50.

  • If your organization cannot provide tech support for the day of the training, Among Friends will arrange to provide it for $30/hr.

    If the training is in-person, travel fees for the tech support staff will apply.

  • In 2025 Among Friends added several Affiliate Trainers to teach a variety of our trainings. In addition, we are developing several new training topics.

    There is an additional fee for any trainer presenting in a second language. These fees are negotiated by the trainer on a case-by-case basis.

    There is an additional $200 fee for any training presented by Shanya Luther. This fee automatically applies to all new training topics.

  • For all in-person trainings, travel fees are based on round-trip mileage.

    Miles are calculated from the trainer's home address to the venue, round trip.

  • You may request to record the training for your in-house use. (you may not charge for the viewing)

    Recording agreement fees are based on the number of viewers and the length of time.

  • Among Friends, LLC carries professional and general liability insurance.

    If your organization requires additional insurance, or requires to be listed as “additionally insured”, please let us know when submitting your Training Inquiry / Proposal Form.

    Charges incurred for additional insurance are the host organization’s responsibility and will be added to your base training fees.

  • A minimum $50 late fee will be assessed if your balance payment is not received by the due date on your service agreement.

  • After the contract is signed, any schedule changes are subject to an additional administrative fee. (up to the full cost of the training, depending on the circumstances and time of the requested changes)
