Kaitlin Nims-Fournier (she/her)
Behavior Services Professional
In Oregon
Hello! My name is Kaitlin, and I am a Behavior Professional for Among Friends. I earned my B.A. in Special Education and wrote my thesis on interventions for children with disabilities. Through my experience as a Direct Support Worker, Student Teacher and Behavior Professional, I have had the opportunity to connect clients with community resources, build trusting relationships grounded in respect and strong rapport, and provide care that is both person-centered and trauma-informed. I am motivated to help others build new skills that support their individual goals and enhance their overall quality of life.
Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, I enjoy baking desserts such as cookies and cupcakes, as well as trying any arts and crafts and starting new creative projects. I strive to approach life with curiosity and openness to new ideas and experiences, and I value collaboration, viewing many aspects of life as opportunities for teamwork and shared growth.
I am looking to work closely with individuals and their families to develop meaningful goals and personalized strategies that align with their specific needs and aspirations.
