One of the things that has happened over the past 15 years as I have specialized in supporting people with disabilities and disorders with relationships and sexuality is that when people hear of something interesting or controversial, they will send it to me for feedback. And just this past week my mom saw an article highlighting a new app for friendships and dating within the neurodiverse community. She just wanted to know if I’d heard of it. The answer was no… but I was sure excited to learn more!
From there, I wondered what other kinds of apps might be out there that could help folks with complex needs. So I did a little poking around and thought I’d share the results with all of you.
Here’s what I found. Hope it helps!
