Tier 1

Attendance Policy

  • Attendance is required at all sessions to receive your certificate of completion and be eligible for Tier 2 (and then Tier 3).

  • It is your responsibility to communicate with us in advance if you have to miss part of Tier 1, or within 36 hours in an emergency.

  • If you miss a session, you have 1 week FROM THE END OF DAY 3 to complete the make-up work and turn it in. You can only miss and make up the equivalent of one session (morning or afternoon).

  • The make-up work is posted on this web page, and after you complete it, it is your responsibility to confirm we have received it.

  • It is our responsibility to review and verify your make-up work within 1 week of receiving it and communicate the results to you.

Pre & Post-Training Data Survey

Here is the link to the PRE & POST-training data survey.

It is anonymous and there is no grade. It is used solely to collect data for the program. Participants will be filling this out on the morning of Day 1 and then again in the afternoon on Day 3.
